After School Music School's Founding Director - Paul Landry
After School Music School is a concept created and directed by Paul Landry. Paul has been teaching music to children at various Los Angeles Kindergarten through Middle Schools for the past 20 years. Along with being the school's music and drama teacher during the day he also offered interested students music lessons after school forming uke string bands and singing Glee Clubs which performed at the schools. Both of his After School Music School Programs (i.e., After School Music Lessons and Ukes for Youth) offers individual and small group music lessons to kids who wish to pursue playing an instrument.
Paul teaches: Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, and Bass and teaches his students how to read music and how to perform with others in the process. He presently offers his "During" and "After" School Music Enrichment Programs to any local Kindergarten through Middle Schools or local Home Schools who wish to keep Music alive with their Music Enrichment Programs. Private Music Lessons for All Ages are now available to local Kids and Adults at his Winnetka, CA Studio or in the home of anyone living locally in the San Fernando Valley or now Worldwide with: Facetime, Skype, and ZOOM Virtual Online Music Lessons!
Along with being the Founding Director of After School Music School, Paul Landry is also a professional musician, actor, and photographer. He has performed in many musical productions nationally and internationally and can be seen frequently in the Los Angeles area performing as a local musician in Cabaret Des Artistes and with Cortes Alexander's Swell Show Band at various Hollywood venues.

“I've worked with Paul in teaching situations for many years now and Paul is absolutely the best at what he does. His students have a blast while they are learning very valuable life skills. Sign up today!" S.R.
"Paul Landry is an Incredibly talented musician and teacher. He has passion for music and children that manifests wonderfully in his teaching. I have witnessed his talent for teaching in both a school setting and in private lessons with my daughters, who had great experiences learning how to read music and play the ukulele with him." D.F.
"Besides Music Lessons and Classes a musician must perform for an audience. Music is a powerful art form that can break down the barriers that separate people and bring them together through the mutual experience and enjoyment of it's aesthetic."

To gain ability on any instrument and then to deliver a professional performance one must practice. Practice should be done with a sense of "play" and be FUN!
